The gravitational Aharonov-Bohm phase of a BH with mass M is Phi_BH = GM/iota_tau = (c^3/hbar)*iota_tau*M. The phase is proportional to both the mass and the master constant iota_tau -- a topological phase from circling a gravitational flux tube, yielding a measurable prediction.
