V.L7 — Clopen Nesting of NF-Prefix Cylinders

Each NF-prefix cylinder N_n(x) is clopen in tau^3. The cylinders nest: N_{n+1}(x) subset N_n(x), with intersection_{n>=1} N_n(x) = {x}. Proved via fiber structure of NF map over discrete NFRep_k.
