V.D64 — Topological relaxation

Topological relaxation is the process by which the torus vacuum settles the relative orientation of its two non-contractible cycles (gamma-cycle and eta-cycle) through (gamma, eta)-sector coupling. The topological timescale is longer than the geometric timescale.
