The null intertwiner at orbit depth n is the map N_n: H_partial^base[alpha,pi]|_n -> H_partial^fiber[gamma,eta,omega]|_n that sends the base component of a boundary character to the fiber component via the cross-coupling structure at the crossing point of L.
