V.D305 — T² Fiber Holonomy Correction

At ⁷Be formation temperature (T~0.06 MeV), the B-sector EM capture receives a fiber holonomy correction from T² fiber of τ³. EM capture phase space restricted to base τ¹ (1D) rather than full τ³ (3D).
