V.D24 — Maximal Coupling Condition

The maximal coupling condition holds at depth n if all five sectors (D, A, B, C, omega) are coupled at full strength: every inter-sector coupling kappa(X,Y;n) equals its iota_tau-determined value without suppression corrections.
