V.D23 — Coherence Horizon

The coherence horizon n_coh is the refinement depth at which the remaining proper time t_infinity - t(n) drops below the minimal resolvable temporal interval epsilon_min(n). Beyond n_coh, no subsystem can register further temporal passage; the universe asymptotically completes.
