V.D184 — Falsification levels

Three falsification levels: Level 1 (structural) -- a sixth force, dark matter particle, c_gw != c, or GW echoes would falsify axioms K0-K6. Level 2 (quantitative) -- coupling constant deviations. Level 3 (scope) -- predictions within conjectural scope failing do not falsify the structural core.
