V.D179 — Saturation radius

The saturation radius R_sat is the smallest length scale such that every eternal motif appearing anywhere in tau^3 already appears within a ball of radius R_sat centered at any point. Beyond R_sat, no structurally new type of object (vacuum, star, galaxy, BH) can be found.
