Macro tau-glass: a macro configuration with mu^macro = 0 (rigid), small but nonzero nu^macro (frozen residual vorticity), large kappa^macro (high compression rigidity), and theta^macro = 0 (no long-range topological order); distinguished from crystal by absence of theta.
