V.C01 — Temporal Complement, revisited

The gravitational coupling and weak coupling exhaust the depth-1 budget: kappa_tau + kappa(A;1) = (1-iota_tau) + iota_tau = 1. There is no room for a third temporal sector at depth 1, recovering the Temporal Complement Theorem from Book IV.
