IV.T92 — Phase transition as regime crossing

Every phase transition is an inequality crossing in D: first-order transitions correspond to the defect tuple jumping discontinuously between non-adjacent regime subsets, while second-order transitions correspond to the tuple arriving tangentially at a regime boundary.
