IV.R72 — Glueball mass scale

Lattice QCD predicts the lightest glueball at approx 1.5-1.7 GeV (0^{++} quantum numbers); the tau-prediction will be derived in ch41 once (KH-3) is established and the spectral readout is performed. Scope: conjectural.
