IV.R417 — Structural vs Perturbative Content in g-2
The Schwinger term α/(2π) is structural: 1/(2π) from L-holonomy normalization, α from derived EM coupling. Higher-order QED coefficients (−0.328..., +1.181...) are computed from perturbative expansion (chart-shadow readout). The coefficient −0.328479 = −(197/144)+π²/12−3ζ(3)/4+… involves ζ(3), whose relation to τ³ spectral algebra is open. Framework reproduces a_e to −3 ppm (NLO) through +10 ppm (NNLO) with zero free parameters.
