IV.R399 — Open: omega Self-Energy Correction and Coefficient-6 Identification
The base formula (4 - iota_tau^3)/kappa_omega at +2244 ppm and the W_3(4)=5 corrected formula at +493 ppm both require further NLO refinement. Wave 3D identifies that (4 - iota_tau^3/(1 - 6*kappa_omega))/kappa_omega achieves +68 ppm (133.315 vs PDG 133.306), but the structural identification of coefficient 6 remains open. Candidates for 6: (a) 6 = W_3(4)+1 = 5+1 (next-order window); (b) 6 = 2*b_1(tau^3) = 2*3 (Betti number doubling); (c) 6 = number of quark flavors (phenomenological coincidence); (d) a CF-window value not yet in the algebra catalog. The omega self-energy from higher-order contributions (second-order in kappa_omega) likely generates this coefficient. This is the key open calculation for achieving sub-100 ppm Higgs mass derivation from tau-axioms.
