IV.R396 — Quark-Lepton Universality Conjecture
Conjecture: quark mass ratios follow the same sigma-matrix structure as leptons, with different sector coupling weights. Up-sector (u,c,t): entries scaled by kappa(C;3)/kappa(B;2) = iota/(1-iota) relative to lepton sigma-matrix. Down-sector (d,s,b): scaled by kappa(A;2)/kappa(B;2). Universality: sigma-equivariance is a consequence of L-topology, not sector-specific.
