IV.R326 — One Hamiltonian rules all

In standard physics each system has its own Hamiltonian; in tau^3 there is only H_infinity, and different physical systems correspond to different sectors (subsets of Lambda_CR with different effective dynamics), requiring diverse address configurations rather than diverse Hamiltonians.
