Energy duality has a clean fiber-base reading: E = mc^2 measures spatial stiffness (fiber T^2 carrier, mass) while E = hbar*omega measures temporal frequency (base tau^1 carrier); mass is spatial, frequency is temporal, unified through the fibered product.
