IV.R264 — The Planck mass in tau-physics

The Planck mass is a derived scale in the tau-framework, not a calibration input. It is the mass at which the D-sector (gravity) and C-sector (strong) contribute equally to the boundary holonomy, defined by kappa(D;1)*R_D(Q^2) = kappa(C;3)*R_C(Q^2).
