IV.R263 — Not a numerical fit

The mass ratio R is not obtained by fitting iota_tau to experimental data. The master constant iota_tau = 2/(pi + e) is defined by the coherence kernel (I.D10), independently of any particle mass. That the depth ordering yields the correct mass ratio is a prediction, not a calibration.
