IV.R261 — What Lean cannot verify

The holonomy formula is not currently formalized in Lean because it depends on CODATA-valued relational units external to the tau-framework. The spectral formula, being a pure function of iota_tau, is fully internal and formalizable. Numerical precision is verified by direct computation.
