IV.R254 — No landscape

The hierarchy problem drives toward a string landscape of ~10^500 vacua. In the tau-framework the landscape is empty: exactly one vacuum (the coherence kernel fixed point) determines all couplings uniquely. The hierarchy problem dissolves because the framework replaces the question.
