IV.R234 — No quantization needed

The replacement of L^2(R^3) by H_partial[omega] eliminates the need for quantization -- the ad hoc promotion of classical variables to Hilbert space operators. The boundary holonomy algebra is already the correct algebraic object. There is nothing to quantize; quantum structure is built in.
