IV.R221 — Why all lifts are rational

Sector lifts are rational because the sigma-fixed subalgebra H_fix[omega] is generated over Q by the single element iota_tau (uniqueness theorem I.T02). Every endomorphism is determined by its value on iota_tau. Rationality is a consequence of algebraic structure, not a modelling assumption.
