IV.R203 — No passage of time

There is no distinguished "now" in R. All levels are equally real and the ordering n < n+1 is a structural relation, not a process. The experience of temporal passage is the internal structure of increasing n, accessible only to subsystems embedded within the tower, never to the tower as a whole.
