IV.R193 — What ``no free parameters'' means

The coherence kernel K has no continuously adjustable parameters: the seven axioms K0-K6 are binary constraints, the five generators are unique up to isomorphism (I.T02), and the master constant iota_tau is a computable real fully determined by the axioms. Experiments test the theory, not fix it.
