IV.R188 — Why sphaleron is deferred

Book IV cannot resolve the tau-sphaleron question because it treats the fiber T^2 in isolation. The sphaleron process is inherently a base-fiber transition requiring temporal dynamics (thermal barrier hopping) from the base physics of Book V. This structural limitation is intrinsic to the fiber-first presentation.
