The proton is lighter than the neutron yet ontologically derived: ontological priority in Category tau follows structural simplicity, not mass ordering; the neutron is unpolarized (zero charge, balanced sectors) while the proton has acquired B-sector charge +e and A-sector isospin projection --- lighter does not mean simpler.
