IV.R101 — No vacuum energy offset

In orthodox QFT one chooses to set <0|H|0> = 0 by normal ordering, introducing a free vacuum energy offset; in Category tau the vacuum energy is a readout of the defect functional at the canonical minimizer -- not a choice but a structural consequence.
