IV.D396 — Anomaly as Naturality Obstruction
A quantum anomaly is a failure of the naturality condition for a symmetry functor F: τ³→τ³ that holds classically (E₀) but fails at the quantum level (E₁). Anomaly coefficient is topological (Atiyah-Singer index).
