The tensor square A_spec(L)^{⊗2} of the boundary character algebra. Has 225 = 15² mode pairs (m₁, m₂) from the Cartesian product of 15 boundary modes with itself. EM-active pairs are those where both m₁ and m₂ are EM-active.
