IV.D237 — Quasicrystal regime

A tau-admissible configuration is in the quasicrystal regime if all four components (mu, nu, kappa, theta) are frozen and the topological charge pattern theta has incommensurate winding numbers around the two circles of T^2 (irrational ratio w_gamma/w_eta).
