III.R43 — Actual vs Potential Infinity

The Five Forbidden Moves require actual infinity (ZFC's completed ω via Power Set and Replacement). τ has only potential infinity (primorial tower bounded at every level). This structural difference is the root of the P vs NP divergence between τ and ZFC. P≠NP is an artifact of actual infinity.
