Chapter 89: The CI Proof Programme: Three Stages

Page 320 in the printed volume

The proof of the categorical imperative as j-closed fixed point unfolds in three stages: (K) the Kernel Theorem, which shows that the seven axioms on five generators force the existence of a j-closed ethical operator graph; (S) the Semantic Object Construction, which builds the domain of CI-relevant ethical objects within τ; and (CI) the Fixed-Point Uniqueness Conjecture, which claims that the minimal j-closed fixed point is unique up to isomorphism. Stages K and S are τ-effective; Stage CI carries conjectural scope. The First Bombshell: earning the language to formulate the CI proof is itself a foundational result.
