Chapter 57: Export Contracts and Bridge to Life

Books IV and V are the physics layer of Panta Rhei. They derive a complete account of the physical world at enrichment layer E₁ from seven axioms on five generators. But physics is not the end. This chapter specifies the nine export contracts (E1–E9) that Books VI and VII inherit from the physics volumes, and builds the bridge from E₁ physics to E₂ biology — from constants and forces to living systems. Nine contracts, no ambiguity, no hidden assumptions. The bridge is one-way: biology receives from physics, never the reverse.
