Part V: Global Structure

Part V turns Category τ toward the sky.

The previous four Parts earned the temporal substrate (Part I), the gravitational connection (Part II), the thermodynamic inversion (Part III), and the collective dynamics of fluids and plasmas (Part IV). All of these operate at scales where laboratory confirmation is (in principle) direct. Part V confronts the framework with astrophysical and cosmological observations where confirmation is indirect and the orthodox consensus invokes two invisible ingredients: dark matter and dark energy.

The arc of Part V is a scaling ladder. Chapter 34 dissolves the “classical illusion”: the impression that Newtonian mechanics is a fundamental large-scale law rather than a coarse-grained readout of the τ-Einstein equation. Chapter 35 derives Kepler’s laws as theorems of the rotational flux constraint and uses the solar system as a precision calibration laboratory. Chapter 36 redefines the galaxy as a relational object in τ³, and Chapter 37 explains the flat rotation curves of spiral galaxies through the D-sector capacity gradient—without dark matter halos. Chapter 38 ascends the compact-object ladder (white dwarfs, neutron stars, black holes), connecting each rung to the TOV builder of Part II. Chapter 39 derives core-collapse supernovae as topological channel openings and closes the nucleosynthesis bridge to the periodic table of Book IV. The remaining six chapters (40–45) complete the observational programme: accretion and jets, gravitational waves, the Event Horizon Telescope re-read, the bullet cluster, the Sector Exhaustion Theorem (no dark matter, no dark energy), and the Hubble tension.

The central structural claim is simple: every astrophysical structure—star, galaxy, cluster, void—is a readout of H_∂[ω], not an independent entity. The five sectors of Category τ exhaust the coupling budget. There is no sixth sector, no dark sector, no room for invisible matter or phantom energy.
