The uncertainty principle is not mysterious—it follows from the CR-structure of τ³. Here we derive the Heisenberg relation as an address obstruction: any CR-address on T² is simultaneously an address in two conjugate bases (position-like and momentum-like), and these bases cannot be simultaneously sharpened. Uncertainty is geometry, not ignorance.
