Chapter 70: The Bridge Ledger

Chapter 67 introduced the Bridge Axiom and demonstrated the three-layer template on the Riemann Hypothesis (the relevant theorem, III.T45). This chapter applies the template to all eight Millennium-scale problems, producing the central ledger of the Orthodox Bridge arc.
