Chapter 30: The Master Schema

Page 157 in the printed volume

Part IV has addressed two Millennium Problems at enrichment level E₀: the Riemann Hypothesis (spectral purity) and the Poincar'e Conjecture (topological gluing). We now unify them under a single framework, the Master Schema, which reveals that both are instances of Mutual Determination. The spectral algebra of Part III provides the common language; the primorial ladder provides the common tower; the Chinese Remainder Theorem provides the common local-global bridge. This chapter establishes export contracts to Parts V, VI, and IX, where the remaining problems await—including P vs NP, which requires enrichment level E₂ and is deferred to Part IX (“Where Life Lives”).
