Chapter 2: The Eight Guarantees
The previous chapter established that three-dimensional Cartesian space is the Hartogs-projected bulk interior of the fibre torus T². But this projection is local: each particle’s worldline carries its own T², its own bulk interior, its own three-dimensional neighbourhood. The global Cartesian space we inhabit requires all of these local neighbourhoods to cohere. This chapter identifies eight coherence guarantees — one from each of the seven Clay Millennium Problems and one from the Langlands programme — that together ensure the local bulk projections glue into a single, globally consistent three-dimensional space. The self-enrichment layer E₁ is precisely this gluing. Physics is E₁.
